Sometimes these pulleys can be challenging 😅.. but honestly, after fixing a good few of them i promise this is the easiest way to replace the recoil spring on a pull start if it gets out... best not to try stretch and roll the spring with your hands when you're replacing it.. They're contrary enough and you could end up with your eye in a Sling 🙈😅 take your time,!!, Start at the outside of the pulley and shimmy it back in....
