How to Access the Old PS Store (PS3, PS4, Vita & PSP)
Between 21-28 October 2020, the PS Store got an overall redesign across the world in preparation for the PS5 launch. This redesign removed the possibility to purchase PS3, PS Vita and PSP content (games, DLC, themes, avatars, etc.) on the desktop and mobile versions of the store. Any previous Wishlist also has been removed on the new store.

Posted August 30. So, at 1am this morning The Evil Within was removed from PS Plus without any warning or notification. This is strange as it left at a silly time and on its own, not with the other games mid-month. What makes it even stranger is that the game is now flagged as having BC issues, whereas it didn't up until this morning.

Nov 10, 2022 · I go into my library and download it just fine. Even once downloaded, the in-game shop has a check mark icon next to the game. Everything shows that I own it except for the PS5 store that is asking me to spend the $59.99. I contact PlayStation support and they can also see that I have purchased Hitman 3.
Sony seemingly removed PS Store Wallet Funds from the PS
