After the emergence of rookie tight end Brock Bowers in 2024, the Las Vegas Raiders have reportedly been fielding trade calls focused on tight end Michael Mayer. According to Vic Tafur and Tashan Reed of The Athletic,

“In addition to safety Tre'von Moehrig, other teams across the NFL have expressed significant interest (in) cornerback Nate Hobbs and linebacker Robert Spillane, per source. They're three of several Raiders' defensive starters are set to become UFAs in March,” Tashen Reed of The Athletic reported in a post on X, formerly Twitter.

Vic Tafur and Tashan Reed of The Athletic report that the Raiders are shopping TE Michael Mayer and have had discussions with teams interested in the former second-round pick.
