Inter Milan will play the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup without forward Mehdi Taremi amid the escalating conflict between Israel and his native Iran, according to ESPN.

Ahead are a few predictions on what we can expect from the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup in the United States. Players like Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé, Harry Kane and Ousmane Dembélé are expected to feature at some point during the tournament, but perhaps the most interesting player in action will be Trent Alexander-Arnold.

More than half of the FIFA Club World Cup teams have already arrived in the United States, with the rest expected by Saturday.

Inter Milan will begin its quest for the next FIFA Club World Cup on June 17, competing in Group E of the preliminary stages. Inter kicks off group play in Los Angeles and Seattle, where the club hopes to advance to the next round of play.
