Nick Frost is Rubeus Hagrid in the latest first-look image from HBO ’s highly-anticipated Harry Potter series. Frost can be seen as the cuddly gamekeeper in his robes, made famous by the late Robbie Coltrane’s depiction of Hagrid in the iconic noughties movies.

HBO has released the first look at the comedian and actor in costume as the half-giant and Hogwarts groundskeeper Rubeus Hagrid for its upcoming "Harry Potter" series. The photo was shared to the official "Harry Potter" and HBO Max social media accounts.

Fresh off of announcing that its "Harry Potter" series had started production, HBO has revealed a first-look image of Nick Frost as Hagrid.
