RFK Racing, co-owned by Brad Keselowski, has announced the decision to appeal NASCAR's L1-level penalty on the No. 17 Ford Mustang.

Brad Keselowski wants the NASCAR All-Star Race back at Charlotte Motor Speedway, where it was held from 1987 to 2019.

The NASCAR All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro delivered the best All-Star Race in years and likely the best short track race, too. More or less a three-groove track, there was even a four-wide moment in the race.
