Rey Mysterio has become the latest superstar to declare for the Royal Rumble 2025. A one-time Royal Rumble winner, Rey won the 30-man match in 2006. Rey was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2023.

Add another WWE Superstar to the mix for the 2025 Royal Rumble match as Rey Mysterio declared himself to be entering this year’s gauntlet.

Rey Mysterio, the 2006 Royal Rumble winner, recalled how he entered the contest at number two and went on to win it. The ultimate underdog went on to the main event of WrestleMania 22 and became the World Heavyweight Champion for the first time.
