Owen Wilson is back in the Focker fold. The actor, currently starring in Apple TV+’s well-reviewed Stick, is joining Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro in Universal’s latest installment of its Meet the Parents comedy movie series.

After Ariana Grande’s role in the Meet the Parents sequel was confirmed, the original cast including Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro teased what to expect from her character.

“Meet the Parents” was critically acclaimed upon its release and grossed over $330 million in the global box office, becoming the seventh highest grossing film globally in 2000. Its sequels “Meet the Fockers” and “Little Fockers” were also box office successes, culminating in a total franchise gross of over $1.13 billion in the global box office.
