Severe storms are moving across Oklahoma on Tuesday, bringing a threat of hail, heavy rain and flooding as well as a low tornado risk.

Severe storms have brought multiple tornado warnings as well as large hail and heavy rainfall to Oklahoma on Tuesday.

The National Weather Service in Norman issued a tornado warning for northwestern Payne County, with a storm moving northeast toward Red Rock and Morrison. The warning was set to expire at 5:15 p.m.
