The CEO of US tech startup Astronomer Andy Byron has resigned after he was caught embracing a senior executive on kiss-cam at a Coldplay concert.
The development comes a day after the company said that CEO Byron had been placed on leave and the Board of Directors had launched an internal investigation.
"Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met," the company said.
