JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Florida man suspected of dealing drugs tried to hoof it from the scene, but he learned that he could not outrun a horse. According to Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office online booking records, Jordan Evan Wilson, 25, was arrested on Feb. 4.
