Cleveland Browns quarterback Dillon Gabriel has been ruled out of the game against the Baltimore Ravens after leaving in the third quarter with a concussion. Rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders has replaced Gabriel in the first regular-season action of his rookie season.

Phase Two of concussion protocol involves a graduation to an exercise program overseen by the club’s medical staff. Said exercises may include work on a stationary bike or treadmill, dynamic stretching and balance training—all of which are gradually lengthened and intensified.
