SAGINAW, MI — “African-Americans and Labor” is the topic of a planned panel discussion this month at the Castle Museum of Saginaw County History. The Tuesday, Feb. 11, event will explore the history of the African-American community in labor unions, featuring perspectives from Black panelists, organizers said.
