Public funeral services are being held on Tuesday as Bishop Emeritus James C. Timlin of the Diocese of Scranton is laid to rest.

Presiding Bishop J. Drew Sheard expressed his heartfelt condolences, stating, "Mother Willie Mae Smalls Rivers was a beacon of light and a pillar of strength in the Church of God in Christ.
