While speaking to reporters outside the White House, President Trump revealed Vladimir Putin had asked to be peacemaker while the Ukraine-Russia war rages.

MOSCOW: Vladimir Putin is eyeing the conflict between Israel and Iran as an opportunity to thrust himself to the forefront of the international stage, more than three years into his invasion of Ukraine.

Donald Trump told journalists that he spoke to Vladimir Putin on Tuesday. “ [Putin] actually offered to help mediate [between Israel and Iran]. I said, ‘Do me a favor. Mediate your own. Let’s mediate Russia first,’” Trump said.
