There has been a lot of talk about this year’s men’s NCAA Tournament being chalky. Whether it is because of NIL and the transfer portal, as some have suggested, or it’s a random occurrence, there haven’t been as many upsets and Cinderella runs this year.

College basketball fans will shift their attention to the other side of the NCAA Tournament bracket for Sweet 16 games in the South and Midwest regionals Friday night. By the end of the night, the March Madness bracket that started with 68 teams will dwindle to eight.
