The Oklahoma City Thunder clinched their playoff spot with a 118-112 win over the Boston Celtics on Wednesday. At 54-12, it shouldn't be a shocker to see the Thunder be the first team in the West to clinch a playoff spot.

The Cavaliers own an eight-game lead (in the loss column) over Boston with less than 20 games to play, and, in the West, the Thunder (who clinch a playoff spot with their next win) are up 11 on the Nuggets.
