LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A man is shot after what appeared to be an argument according to Louisville Metro Police. Officers responded to reports of a shooting around 9 a.m. Saturday morning near the Portland neighborhood. Upon arrival they found a man who had been shot. Officers rendered first aid until Emergency Services were able to arrive.
