The obvious connection between Iron Man and Doctor Doom in Avengers: Doomsday has more meaning than meets the eye
Ahead of its release, a theory has been doing the rounds on the internet which suggests a strong connection between its antagonist, Doctor Doom and Iron Man. Interestingly, both of them are played by Robert Downey Jr. The actor has been recast as the villain for the future phase of the MCU. So let us decipher the connection.
Both Shah Rukh Khan and Robert Downey Jr Can Co Exist as Doctor Doom in Avengers 5: MCU Theory
Given that Robert Downey Jr. has been cast in the role of Doctor Doom, and will be essaying the role in Doomsday (and also maybe Secret Wars ), Khan’s version of the character could be what takes over in the MCU once the universe fins itself reorganized due to the events of the Multiverse Saga’s finale.
