The person believed responsible for an attack targeting a Palm Springs fertility clinic Saturday posted rambling online writings before an explosion that investigators are treating as an act of terrorism, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press.

the bureau believes it has identified the suspect connected to a bombing near a fertility clinic in Palm Springs, California, as 25-year-old Guy Edward Bartkus, and that he held "nihilistic" views.

His writings were “anti pro-life” in nature, according to a social media post Sunday from Bilal Essayli, the U.S. attorney in Los Angeles.
