Continuing to lord over showbiz as masters of the cable TV domain, "Seinfeld" is racking up another $200 million-plus in a five-year extension of its deal with TBS.
“Seinfeld” was part of NBC’s hit “Must See TV” lineup back in the ’90s. The series aired for nine seasons, from 1989 until 1998.
"Seinfeld" will be available to stream on Netflix in its entirety come October 1. All 180 episodes will hit the streaming service this fall for a new generation to enjoy the iconic '90s NBC sitcom.
Seinfeld will also move to a new on-air home in October as ViacomCBS takes over cable rights to the show from WarnerMedia. It’s slated to run on Comedy Central, TV Land and Paramount Network.
