Thousands of anti-Trump protests are erupting across the United States this weekend under the banner of “No Kings” day.

Millions of people across the country are expected to join in protest this weekend against Donald Trump’s administration, a movement intended to coincide with the president’s planned military parade in Washington.

The “No Kings” rallies were organized in nearly 2,000 locations nationwide, including cities, towns, and community spaces.

Opponents of President Donald Trump’s administration are set to rally in Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Arlington and other North Texas cities.

Organizers across the country named the mobilization “No Kings.” The rallies were organized in opposition to a military parade in Washington, D.C. on the president’s 79th birthday Saturday. The parade is happening on Flag Day, which also marks the U.S. Army’s 250th anniversary this year.

In New York City, the biggest "No Kings" demonstration began at Bryant Park on Saturday before moving down Fifth Avenue to Madison Square Park.

The "No Kings National Day of Mobilizations" is scheduled to take place nationwide Saturday, June 14, with several planned in Rhode Island.
