Matthew Stafford reportedly plans to play in 2025, but who he will suit up for next season is still in question. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported

“My understanding is Matthew Stafford does in fact plan to play next season,” NFL insider Ian Rapoport said. “This is essentially what he communicated to the Rams. Wanted to take some time off, but basically told them, ‘I feel good, I don't see why I wouldn't play.'”

Matthew Stafford fell short of another comeback in the Los Angeles Rams' divisional round loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. The Rams were driving down the football field in the final minute of the game, trailing 28-22, but were unable to convert on a fourth down attempt, ending the game and the Rams' season.
