Jeremiah Rutkowski was walking out of his house to get picked up for school. Suddenly, a truck slammed into the back of his school bus right in front of him.

A special education bus carrying four people crashed Tuesday morning in Rockingham County along Route 33.

No children were on the bus at the time of the crash.

A Metro Transit bus crashed into a south Minneapolis home early Monday after a pickup truck driver ran a stop sign and slammed into the bus. Authorities say the pickup truck driver was killed and the bus driver was left injured.

While the investigation is still under way, Maryland State Police investigators believe “impairment and speed may be contributing factors” in the crash, according to a Sunday news release.

An Alborn woman has pleaded guilty to charges related to a serious crash with a school bus in September 2024 at the intersection of County Road 5 and Townline Road in Cherry Township.
