On Wednesday morning, Johnson Machine/NAPA Auto Parts became a much bigger business. It merged with the A-1 Auto Parts stores in Rapid City, Les Stadel, a partner in Johnson Machine/NAPA, confirmed.
Texarkana, Arkansas-based Tri-State Iron & Metal Co. (TSIMCO) has expanded its Pickers Self-Service Auto Parts business unit by acquiring auto salvage firm A-1 Auto Parts, which also is in Texarkana.
