Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr pushed back on the assertion by Minnesota Timberwolves coach Chris Finch that the Warriors are benefiting from uneven officiating. Kerr told reporters Wednesday the Timberwolves are "bear-hugging" Golden State star Stephen Curry and that he has his own issues with how the postseason is being called: Finch specifically cited what he thought was excessive contact on big man Rudy Gobert that wasn't getting called.

The Golden State Warriors lost Stephen Curry but won Game 1 of their second-round NBA playoff series against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday night. Curry exited early in the second quarter, did not return and is expected to miss a week after an MRI revealed a Grade 1 hamstring strain. Curry will definitely miss Thursday's Game 2 in Minnesota.
