Honolulu’s stay at the Little League Majors (ages 9-12) World Series came to an end Tuesday. Honolulu got decent pitching, but the hitting couldn’t come through in a 3-0 loss to South Carolina in Williamsport, Pa.

Irmo, coming off a heartbreaking loss to Las Vegas, shut out Honolulu, Hawaii, 3-0 in baseball at the Little League World Series in South Williamsport, Pa.

The All-Stars will play South Carolina in an elimination game at the Little League World Series on Tuesday. First pitch is scheduled for 9 a.m. HST on ESPN. Honolulu, the West Regional champion, stayed alive Sunday with a win over Illinois.
