Less than two weeks after his death, Colts owner Jim Irsay was laid to rest on Monday in the city he called home for much of his adult life. Irsay died in his sleep last month at the age of 65 after presiding over one of the NFL's most iconic franchises for nearly 30 years.

He took over the business from his father in 1997 and turned the team into one of the best in the league, with a Super Bowl win during the 2006 season.
