A judge in Texas has granted preliminary approval for a deal that will grant a $177 million total settlement to address two recent AT&T data breaches. According to reporting from PCMag, eligible customers will receive notifications this summer via email or physical letter from the settlement administrator.

AT&T customers may be eligible for payouts of up to $7,500 as part of a $177 million settlement tied to two data breaches in 2024. Customers can submit a claim until Nov. 18.
