A 30-year-old man was fatally shot Monday night near Buckner Terrace, Dallas police say. Officers were dispatched about 9:20 p.m. to the 5500 block of South Buckner Boulevard, where they found Victor Rojas had been shot by an “unknown suspect.” Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel responded, and Rojas was pronounced dead at the scene.

DALLAS — A 30-year-old man was shot and killed in Dallas Monday night, police say. Police were called shortly before 9:30 p.m. to the 5500 block of South Buckner Boulevard and found Victor Rojas, 30, had been shot by an unknown person, according to a news release.

A man facing a murder charge in connection to the shooting Sunday afternoon was also accused of assaulting four police officers.
