According to the New York Post’s Jon Heyman, the Cubs have acquired star pitcher Clay Holmes and outfielder Tyrone Taylor from the New York Mets in exchange for prospect Jefferson Rojas. Holmes was among the top trade candidate pitchers leading up to the deadline and had several teams linked to him.
